I love training by Lift weights, Go to the beach at summer days, and regueton dance; in a lettle town its easy watching friends all day long? I love the breakfast, so my favorite healthy food is eggs with ham, onion, mushrooms, tomate and tortilla with avocado.
I do crosstraining so, my favorites methods to train are the strength, the AMRAP’s and Tabatas.I am psychologist, so i believe 100% in the mind- body connection philosophy! I know all the mental benefits that the movement has! Also, i have certifications in functional training level 1 and 2, powerbuilding, kettlebells, sport coaching, nutrition basics, coaching for special conditions (injuries, diabetes, senior citizens) and of course a Psychology Degree from the UCR
